- This task is in support the Bank-s oversight functionsby conducting monitoring of the Program Entity (PE)-s implementation of:ER program activitiesand the PE-s compliance with the Program-s Safeguards Frameworks (e.g., ESMF,IPPF, RPF, etc., for the ERP) over the entire ERPA reporting period, as well asassessing PE-s overall safeguards management systems and its capacity. Benefit Sharing Plan(BSP) preparation and pilot implementation of the advance payment.Specifically, this assignment has the followingobjectives:Objective1: Verify reporting.Objective2: Evaluate BSP implementation.Objective3: Evaluate compliance with environmental and social risk mitigation frameworks(safeguards).
